The 2017 event held in Chicago from May 14th-17th was buzzing with the latest industry challenges and innovations making it an ideal venue to unveil our new unified account teams and expanded, international network reach of the Altice Group.

Over the 4-day event, members of the Altice Business and Carrier team, together with colleagues from Altice France, Portugal, and the Dominican Republic, had the opportunity to meet with over 45 of the world’s most respected carriers and content providers. Now as the Altice Group, we were able to showcase our seamless ability to deliver enterprise-class products and services internationally and share our expanded network reach.
“ITW 2017 was an exciting event for Altice Business Services and our customers. For the first time, we were able to share our unified US capabilities and also our ability to serve customers’ needs in Western Europe and Latin America. We’re unique in today’s marketplace in our ability to serve high demand and hard to reach markets—all within a company that prioritizes long-term customer relationships, innovation, and continued investment in our networks,” said Tyler Nau, Senior Vice President for Altice Business carrier Operations.
In addition to the customer meetings held throughout the week, Altice also co-sponsored a VIP customer event at Raised Rooftop Chicago on Monday night. Sponsored by Cable MSO’s Altice, Comcast Business, Cox and Spectrum, the event attracted over 200 people from all aspects of the domestic and international telecommunications landscape and added another opportunity for face-to-face collaboration with our customers.
Altice Business (USA) operates in 20 states across the US with 14,000 On-Net locations. Carrier-grade network reliability, high capacity layer 1 and layer 2 solutions and industry-leading service levels are just some of the key differentiators for Altice Business carrier Operations.
