Lightpath Supports Scholarship Program For Passaic County Students

JERICHO, NY — July 14, 2016 — Lightpath®, a division of Altice USA, a leading national telecommunications, media and entertainment company, once again participated as a platinum sponsor of the annual Educational Council of Passaic County Valedictorian and Salutatorian Breakfast.  Eighteen $1,000 scholarships were awarded for the 2016 program, with Lightpath sponsoring four of the scholarships. Recipients are high school seniors in public schools located throughout Passaic County.

The Educational Council of Passaic County is a non-profit organization that comprises the executive county superintendent of schools, and leadership from a range of associated educational organizations. The Council was formed to provide a forum for public educational issues and establish continual cooperation around effective education within schools.
